Home Health Aide Service
(HHA)
In this program, the home care agency will assign caregivers to members based on the latter's preferences. All caregivers working under this program are required to have a valid HHA certificate. We do our best to match the most suitable caregiver to each member so that they are satisfied with the service.
Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program
(CDPAP)
In this program, members can bring in their own caregivers to take care of them. No HHA certificate is required from the caregivers. Home care agency acts as the fiscal intermediary in this program, where we are only the employer on record for payroll process, and the members are responsible for recruiting the caregivers and arranging for backup caregivers.
